Realty Pulse aggregates listings from major European real-estate portals and combines them with official statistics (INE in Spain, HM Land Registry in the UK, DVF in France, Eurostat, MIVAU and others) to produce actionable market metrics at country, city and district level.

We cover 6 European markets (Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, the UK) in depth, with lighter coverage of several additional countries. Spanish coverage is the deepest — over 150 cities and 500+ districts with fully enriched metrics.
