Realty Pulse is a statistics-only website. We do not require an account. Minimal data we process:

• Request metadata (IP address, user agent, referer) — stored in standard access logs for security and traffic analysis, retained up to 30 days.
• Analytics — anonymised page-view data via a self-hosted tool. No third-party trackers embedded by default.
• Newsletter subscription — if you submit your email, it is stored only for the purpose of sending you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
• Contact form — emails you send to [email protected] are processed only to reply.

2. What we do not collect

• No cookies that identify you across sessions beyond the cookie consent preference.
• No advertising identifiers. No cross-site tracking.
• No financial, location or demographic profiling.

3. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary technical cookies (session, consent preference). We do not use advertising cookies without explicit consent.

4. Your GDPR rights

If you are in the EU/UK you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you (typically, your newsletter email if subscribed).
• Correct or delete it.
• Withdraw consent for the newsletter by clicking unsubscribe.
• Lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Technical providers we use (hosting, email delivery) process data only on our behalf under standard data-processing agreements.

6. Source data

Public real-estate statistics we display come from official government sources (INE, MIVAU, HM Land Registry, DVF, Eurostat) and publicly scraped aggregate data (Fotocasa, Pisos.com). See methodology.

7. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be announced on the homepage for at least 14 days.
