Methodology

Data combines asking prices from Spanish real-estate portals (Fotocasa, Pisos.com, Idealista etc.), official government transactions (MIVAU), INE price index (IPV), INE Padrón demographics, and INE Atlas income statistics. Ranks cover cities with ≥30 active apartment listings. Rankings refreshed daily.
